2. Deposits and Withdrawals
22ok processes all player deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved mobile financial services and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 22ok does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider and credited to your 22ok account balance within approximately 60 seconds. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 22ok reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party sources or to request evidence that the depositing account belongs to the registered player. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 22ok account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. 22ok targets a processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for approved withdrawals, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or when additional identity verification is required. 22ok reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. 3. Bonuses and Promotions

4. Responsible Gaming and Age Restriction
22ok is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling can be entertaining when enjoyed responsibly, but it can become harmful if it is no longer within your control. Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, the use of automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, and any other form of cheating are all strictly prohibited. 22ok uses automated monitoring systems to detect abnormal play patterns. Players found to be cheating will have their accounts closed and all winnings associated with the cheating behaviour voided.
Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including bonus arbitrage, using bonus funds to hedge bets in a way that guarantees a profit regardless of outcome, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other form of bonus abuse, is strictly prohibited. 22ok's compliance team monitors bonus usage patterns and will void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the 22ok platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the property of 22ok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 22ok platform without prior written consent from 22ok.
7. Limitation of Liability
22ok provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22ok disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 22ok does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
To the extent permitted by law, 22ok's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 22ok is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
8. Changes to These Terms
22ok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 22ok will make reasonable efforts to inform registered players via the contact details held on their account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 22ok platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 22ok platform.
